Eligibility & reviews
Licensed contractor status, consistent purchasing history, good account standing, and consistent use of Genesis-supplied infill. Initial reviews may begin after 30 days; Elite Pro accounts are reviewed quarterly. Status and pricing are subject to continued qualification and approval.
Account terms
Net 7 to start
Approved accounts start on Net 7 payment terms. Unpaid balances may be charged to the authorized payment method after seven days, subject to your signed account agreement.
Extended terms may be considered after the first 30 days based on purchasing history and account standing. All accounts remain subject to approval and applicable account terms.

Complimentary local delivery
May be available on qualifying orders placed by approved Pro Partner and Elite Pro Partner accounts — subject to order qualification, delivery location, scheduling availability, account standing, and management approval.

Check in at the main office off Hacienda Avenue — that’s also the front counter for samples and small orders. Roll pickups, deliveries, trailers, and freight all load at shipping and receiving around the back.

How the ceramic media drives the cooling cycle
Heat transfers into the infill layer. Sun loads the blade surface, and that energy moves down into the infill rather than sitting on top of the turf.
Two ceramic media, two jobs. A high-porosity ceramic holds water deep in its pore structure and releases it slowly — the reservoir. A denser, surface-active ceramic spreads that moisture across a high surface area and evaporates it fast — the evaporator.
The exchange keeps it going for hours. As the evaporator dries it draws more water from the reservoir, while the sand matrix spreads heat evenly across the profile. That’s a long-duration cooling loop rather than a short burst — and it restarts every time the ceramic rehydrates from irrigation, rain, or dew.
